Black Goose cleaned our dryer vent this past May and we were very pleased with the service.  Mike and Dave arrived on time and went right to work.  They were very cordial and answered all out questions.  We received a free chimney inspection and a free estimate on replacing the top pan.

We only expected the dryer vent to be cleaned.  But Mike went the extra mile and shortened the flexible pipe which connects the dryer to the wall which doubled the air flow.  This has cut our drying time in half.  It used to take two or more cycles to dry a load of clothes.  Now everything gets dry in one cycle or less.  This will save us a huge amount of electricity in the years to come.  The savings will more than pay for the cost of the service.  The $12.00 online coupon helped as well. 

If I had known that all this was included in the service, I would have called years ago.
